Frequently Asked Questions

Follow the following steps to make an order on the Fenben LAB webstore:

1. Visit the ‘Shop’ section of the Fenben LAB website.
2. Choose one of the desired product categories – 444mg capsules, 222mg capsules, powder, or bulk powder.
3. Once in the product page, to the right of the product image you can see the red window. By clicking the box inside, you can choose the product variation that you want. Capsule choices: 30, 90, 180 or 360 capsules. You can choose powder in 25g, 100g or 250g containers. Larger amount of powder – 500g, 1000g or 2000g:

4. Once the desired variation and amount of the product is set, you can go ahead and click the yellow ‘Add to Cart’ button.
5. When all the products are chosen, you can visit your cart by clicking the red ‘Cart’ button at the top right corner of the page. Once your shopping cart summary slides out, press the red ‘Checkout’ button.

At checkout:

Step 1:

Enter your Billing information. If your billing address differs from your delivery address, press the checkmark next to the ‘Ship to a different address?’ text and enter your delivery address.

Step 2:

Choose the shipping method, if more than one option is available.

Step 3:

Choose the payment method between Credit/Debit Card payment, PayPal payment and Bank /Wire Transfer.

Step 4:

Press the ‘Place order’ button where you will be taken to the payment method completion page.
Once the payment is complete, your order will be complete as well.

Step 1:

At checkout click the ‘Click here to enter your code’ text and the ‘Coupon code’ box appears.

Step 2:

Enter the discount code in the ‘Coupon code’ box and click the ‘APPLY COUPON’ button to the right of the box.

Your discount is now added to the subtotal. You can now see the final product price.

If you can not find your confirmation email, there might be a few reasons:

1. The Email went to the “Spam” folder.
2. If you are using Gmail, the Email might have gone to “Promotions” or “Social” folder.
3. You might have made a typo while entering your email address while filling our your order.
4. Email server issues occurred.
5. The payment might have not gone through. Therefore your order was not completed.

If you received our order confirmation message in your Spam, Promotions or Social directory, please move the message to your Inbox.
You will then receive the delivery notification in your Inbox folder. This email will contain tracking number and courier information for your Fenben Lab order.

We are very sorry if the email went to your “Spam” folder. Even though this happens extremely rarely, we are doing everything we can so this does not happen again.
