Deliveries are often made to the customer’s Mailbox or the nearest Parcel Locker, not only the delivery address. You then receive tracking updates to your email address or phone. In case there is no information regarding the delivery of your shipment, we would kindly ask you to contact the local post office and provide your tracking number. They will provide you details of where you can pick up your shipment.
